"Decent Value, But the Seats Felt a Bit Tight"
Overall, I thought it was a fair value for what I paid, so I can’t really complain too much. The main thing I noticed, though, was that the seats could definitely use a little more room. I’m not saying it ruined the experience or anything, but if you’re sitting there for a while, you start to notice that there isn’t much space to stretch out or get comfortable. For the price, it was fine, but a bit more seat room would’ve made it a lot better.

I liked how flexible it was overall, which made things a lot easier for me. The process felt smooth at first and I was happy with the options available. But then the fees started to feel a bit high, and that kind of took the shine off it. I mean, it still worked fine and I’d probably use it again, but I wasn’t exactly thrilled about the extra costs.

I flew with Kenya Airways recently and felt let down by the inflight entertainment. Either there wasn’t a screen at all, or it wasn’t working properly, and the choices were really limited. On a long flight, that makes a big difference and it started to feel boring quickly. The crew were fine, but I do think passengers deserve a better experience, especially when you’re paying for a full-service airline. I hope Kenya Airways takes this seriously and improves it, because it feels like the fair thing to do for travelers

"Missed My Connection Because the Transfer Desk Was a Mess"
I missed my connecting flight because the transfer desk was unbelievably slow and confusing. It felt like nobody really knew what was going on, and no one seemed interested in helping. One person told me to stand in one line, then another person pointed me somewhere else, then I had to wait while people ahead of me were asking the same basic questions. There were no clear signs, no proper explanation, no urgency, nothing. It was the kind of situation where you’re checking the time every two seconds, looking at the gate info, watching other passengers get stressed, and still nobody is giving you a straight answer. By the time I finally got through, it was too late. Really frustrating experience

"Pretty smooth baggage experience"
Flew with Kenya Airways last week, my bags made it both ways without any drama. Check-in staff tagged them quickly, nothing was damaged, and nothing went missing. They did take a little while to show up in Nairobi, which was mildly annoying. BUT I’ve definitely had way worse with other airlines, so overall I’d say the baggage handling was actually decent.

"refund took a while but came through"
i had to cancel my flight with kenya airways and requested a refund through their website. the form itself wasn’t too difficult to fill out, but i did end up waiting longer than i expected for updates. after following up a bit, the refund was finally sent back to my card. it wasn’t the fastest process, but everything was handled properly in the end. giving 4 stars because it worked out, though quicker replies would definitely help.

I tried booking a flight on kenya-airways.com, expecting it to be a normal quick process, but apparently that was too much to ask. The payment didn’t go through properly on the site, yet my bank showed the money had been taken or at least held. Of course, I didn’t get a confirmed ticket, which is always a fun little surprise when you’re trying to travel. Support took way longer than it should have to sort things out, and I ended up having to keep checking with my bank myself. It was stressful, frustrating, and not something I’d want to deal with again. I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting their payment page next time.

I called Kenya Airways and got through faster than I expected. The agent did help me change my booking without making it too complicated, which I appreciated. Still, I kind of felt like they were just rushing through it and not really listening to my questions. It got sorted in the end, but I didn’t feel very heard
